There are three things everybody needs with regards to food – these are generally known as macronutrients, particularly fat, carbohydrates, and proteins. Regardless of all of the carb-free diets being bought as we speak, the average adult needs about 50% of their every day energy to be carbohydrates, 15% to be fats (yes, fats), and 35% proteins. An excessive amount of protein is simply as bad as not enough – an excessive amount of of any nutrient is a bad factor, so it is necessary to maintain every thing in balance. Excess protein can lead to issues akin to kidney stones and gall stones, amongst plenty of other points.
