I think the moment for me to really commit to getting and staying match was the day I walked into that aerobics class. I sort of overcame a psychological barrier in my mind. It was like stepping into the unknown and was a little bit scary but after I’d carried out it as soon as, that was it – it solely took that one step. And I feel you just have to do it – suspend all your doubts, fears, negativity, distractions and excuses and just go ahead and do it.
